Some of the items we offer in our online store are subscription products.
Non Auto-Renewing
- Support and Upgrade Protection (SUP) / License Maintenance: This is an optional add-on service offered with select software products. It does not auto-renew. You will receive a notice when your coverage is set to expire so you can renew your Support and Upgrade Protection manually online.
Auto-Renewing
- PerfectGuard: This is our antilogger software. It auto-renews to keep you protected from the latest keyloggers, screenloggers, webcam loggers, clipboard loggers, SSL loggers and other spyware. You can cancel auto-renewal after completing your purchase, using the instructions on your order confirmation page or in your order confirmation email.
- PerfectRegistry: This is our registry defrag and cleaner software. It auto-renews to keep your system protected from registry entries made by the latest malware. You can cancel auto-renewal after completing your purchase, using the instructions on your order confirmation page or in your order confirmation email.
- PerfectUpdater: This is our driver update software. It auto-renews to give you uninterrupted access to the latest drivers that will keep your PC's hardware, software and connected devices compatible with your latest operating system. You can cancel auto-renewal after completing your purchase, using the instructions on your order confirmation page or in your order confirmation email.
- InstantRescue for PC Matic Customers. This is a special version of InstantRescue specifically for PC Matic customers. You can cancel auto-renewal after completing your purchase, using the instructions on your order confirmation page or in your order confirmation email.
How do I cancel auto-renewal?
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time and when your subscription period expires, your subscription will not auto-renew.
- Cancel Online Immediately After Purchasing: Cancel immediately after completing your order. Look for the cancelation section on the order confirmation page and follow the instructions:

- Contact Support: If you don't have access to your order confirmation email, contact customer support to initiate your cancelation.
